Our total liability in any case is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, in the three months preceding the event.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due and payable. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website immediately in case of material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
